## What is Perfect Bake?

Perfect Bake™ is the world’s first interactive baking app. The Perfect Bake system includes this app and a smart scale. It weighs each ingredient for accuracy and uses built-in timers to alert you when you’re done mixing, baking, or cooling. The virtual bowl fills up as you add ingredients, showing you exactly when to stop. Need to rescale the recipe? Download the free Perfect Bake app, and connect your iPad or iPhone to a Perfect Bake scale.
The app guides you step-by-step through adding ingredients, mixing, portioning, and baking. Never miss a step or ingredient again.
The app is color-coded to show you which bowl to use (three color-coded bowls are included with the Perfect Bake scale).
No measuring! The virtual bowl fills in real-time as you add ingredients and tells you when to stop.

Perfect Bake measures everything by weight for utmost accuracy – just like all professional pastry chefs.
It does all the math for you to scale your recipe to your specification:

This is a fantastic product for cooking.  Use it all the time to put my favorite recipes.  It is easy to scale up or down depending on my needs at the time.  Allows you put in all the steps and timeframes to process an item.  Wonderful.

I can connect my scale (Perfect Scale MTS015) to the Perfect Drink app and the Vitamix app but not to the Perfect Bake app! Have deleted app and still no connection.  The others pop right onto the scale.

I used to love this app, and would have given it 5 stars. However, now it doesn’t connect to the Vitamix version of the scale. The Perfect Blend app does. And support has been silent, not even acknowledging the support ticket.

This is an amazing app that perfectly executes what it is intended to. This app is really old and needs a new update. The main problem is that the app hasn’t been updated to accommodate the new bigger screens of today. With an update, this app would be a 5 out of 5. I really hope the company didn’t turn a blind eye to the need for updates.

Can this app PLEASE be updated?! It’s such a good product but it’s lacking. Make it so you can use it on the computer to add recipes. Right now it’s glitchy and unusable.

Didn’t you buy the interactive scale Prep Pad, discontinue it & and then use the IP to develop this product ? 

I still have my prep pad, $149 + shipping to Australia down the drain, thanks very much. Haven’t see the promised post-acquisition app support.

I can make neither head nor tail of this app. I can’t for the life of me figure out what’s going on, and I’ve been baking for 20 years. I have tried for quite some time and I can’t understand any of it. I’m deleting it. All I wanted were some recipes.

I love this app.  Adding your own recipe was a little difficult at first.  But once I figured it out. I’ve added several of my own for my bread machine.  I love not having to get out measuring cups anymore!!
