Don’t do it. *2026-04-13, version 2.2.4* When you sign up you are prompted with extra $ just to get through the process and in the end it’s not worth it. There is no proper plan or personalised settings. Not worth the money. So many other better options out there for probably less money and set up issues. I cancelled instantly and they kept taking payment for months afterwards. Absolute scam. Update: They have responded to me re: payments on this review then email, they offered only 50% refund despite all of the payments being taken after I unsubscribed. ### 1/5 — DISHONEST COMPANY *2026-04-11, version 2.2.4* This is not an honest company. I was looking for something to help with meal planning as a working mom, I signed up for a free trial thinking it was all in one app, one dashboard, one subscription like any normal app right? Well after rarely using the app and being disappointed with the lack of variety in meals I unsubscribed (or so I thought, when I went to double check before it charged me there was a big red no longer subscribed click here to resubscribe button) I apparently had 3 other subscriptions I didn’t even know about that I had to email customer service in order to cancel. (again on my app and the website it said I was no longer subscribed to anything or had access to anything.) When I got charged and noticed I immediately emailed and they said it was my responsibility to make sure all were unsubscribed even though I wasn’t even aware!!(Read the fine print ladies and gents) I only got a 25* refund on each of the 3 changes equaling $17 back out of $85 taken from my account and I never even used the program and had already went into my dashboard and the app and made sure I had didn’t have access anymore and everything on my end was unsubscribed. Very very shady and dishonest. Sadly I didn’t notice , after a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to repay only the last month. Watch your credit card statement carefully. Do not sign up for their program. It is all available on YouTube. There’s no reason to sign up for this app. It is a scam. I keep keep getting charged 2-3 month for nothing. Absolute scam ### 1/5 — Be careful *2026-03-03, version 2.2.4* They charged me for the free trial, be careful, it's best not to use it. ### 1/5 — Bad customer service *2026-02-24, version 2.2.4* After 3 days of use I asked for a full refund because the system would keep resetting all my custom input details to a default telling me that instead of loosing the 50 lbs I want, that I should gain weight up to 330.7. The recipes that I wanted kept defaulting removing my custom input answers like what foods I'm allergic to. The company rep Sarah only gave me a 25% refund because she quoted that wasn't a technical problem. Then the company rep Tina said the best they could do was a 50% refund stating I wasn't experiencing a technical problem with their system. So apparently this is just a company who steals money, doesn't stand by their money back refund if it doesn't work, and doesn't actually offer technical help when needed. So very disappointing that I got scammed. But like so many other apps like this, you might stop using it. I canceled my subscription. But keep getting charged for some “Kure” app. It’s apparently a daily hypnosis app. I never signed up for it, used it or heck even heard of it. But getting charged never the less. When I emailed them, they refunded me $5. So disappointed. After reading some other reviews, it’s sounds like this in very common. ### 2/5 — Sketchy *2026-02-07, version 2.2.4* This app is clearly more concerned with getting and keeping your money than helping with change. The app itself isn’t particularly useful for anything other than a few recipes. But they will quietly charge you without ever sending receipts for months so they can keep your money. And when you bring this to their attention they quote their silly policy about 39 days - though other reviews clearly show they try and get around that too. There’s nothing more disheartening than a platform and business that practices sketchily and dishonestly. ### 1/5 — Total lie *2026-02-06, version 2.2.4* You think you’re signing up for one subscription but they get you with 4 different ones all $20 each. So very careful when cancelling because only one will show up. And when you email Them. All they say is we will make an expectation and refund 25% of the latest charge. So not even the total just one of the $20 charges !! Absolutely ridiculous! I didn’t even use the app because it is completely unhelpful! In the first time it continued to give only fish food options which I specifically said I do not eat. Then it moved my goal weight to 360 some lbs ( way more my current weight information) I informed the app team that it’s not working for me ( a little over 24 hrs after purchase) and would request a refund. I was returned $5 from my monthly fee. They provide ONE place to manage and cancel subscriptions and it is ONE action. The company then tries to tell you that there are different parts of your subscription and you didn't cancel all of them. They then try to say no refunds after 30 days ..... THEN change their tune and offer a partial reimbursement. I've had to bring this to Apple, and the Fraud dept of the US Govt to try and resolve. ### 1/5 — Will charge you after canceling *2026-06-09, version 2.2.7* WARNING: You will be charged multiple times even after canceling your subscription. I canceled months ago and was continually being charged 3 separate charges per month since then. I reached out for a refund on this and they refunded me $5 out of $50 that they charged me, saying that’s all they’re responsible for legally. I purchased a subscription however found the the app did not measure up to my expectations The app doesn’t allow you to log a meal you have chosen on your own, it will only allow the pre planned meals. We had an ice storm in my area this past weekend and I didn’t not have specific ingredients on hand and couldn’t get to the store. Therefore, I was not able to log a meal with ingredients I had. Realizing that this issue made the app unusable for me, I requested a refund 4 days after I had first purchased it. I was told the the request had to be within 30 days “per policy“ but they would “make an exception” and refund 25%. Uh, hello! It’s been 4 days. What a scam. * I am editing to say that after arguing with them back and forth via email for literally hand quoting back to them their refund policy by citing the section and subsection of the terms and agreements, they did finally issue a full refund. I was told that they were making a “one time exception” for me. Okay, don’t worry, I won’t ask for anything more from you. I guilt was too much to expect them to follow their own policy.
