Yet, they charged me €31.99. Now, a year later, they renewed for €63.99. I had to go through the motions and email them to find out who charged me. You can't cancel the (unwanted) subscription through the app. I emailed and asked for a refund since I've never used the app. They refused! L’expérience est loin de ce qui est promis : interface compliquée, fonctionnalités limitées et aucune réelle valeur ajoutée. Le plus grave, c’est la gestion de l’abonnement. Impossible d’annuler directement depuis l’application : j’ai dû envoyer un mail pour demander la résiliation et la suppression définitive de mon compte. Un vrai parcours du combattant ! Je déconseille fortement cette application. Both times when I click on the ‘cancel subscription’ button it goes grey as if it’s frozen and that’s it. Nothing happens! And you continually try to take money out of my account each month!! I thought it would be a help to me because of my mental health and trying to get things done. So today is my first day using it and I usually wake up around 8:30 but today it was more like 10 o’clock. I was up late last night., So I’m not off to a good start, but at least I can go back and do these things on my list and then check them off even they haven’t been done at the time that I put down. I do feel a little bit calmer today because everything I need to do on a daily basis is listed and awaiting me to check it off. I am bipolar and have been for many many years and having a set schedule has always helped me. I’m gonna say it helps me every day to get the things done that I want to because they’re on this list and I want to check it off and not get a sad face because I didn’t do it. So I can say that at 11:16 AM because I already feel calmer and I know it’s on the list of things to do. I am a person that lives by a list. I usually write a list at night time for when I have to do the next day. I don’t follow that list and I never have. This one’s different, it feels different. This is my first full day using this. Behind but I know what’s on the list has to get done and I know I can do it today with no problem.
