"Perfect Journal" is a simple and powerful Diary app.  
No "Delete" feature because its aim is recording daily events.
However the double taps on the text will enable the contents to edit.

### 5/5 — 旧日記帳のデータベース移行中にホーム画面に戻ってしまう

アプリ内の手順に従い旧日記帳のデータベースをファイル共有で本アプリにコピーして起動すると自動移行プログラムが起動するのですが 写真変換のステップに入って暫くするとホームに戻ってしまいます。 これ以降は、本アプリ起動しても移行プログラムが自動で走るためホームに戻ってしまい何も出来なくなりました。 先のコメントにある3つの方法を試しましたが、状況は変わりません。 iPhone内の文書データの削除までして再インストールしてやり直してみましたが、状況は変わらずホームに戻る無限ループ状態です。 ファイル共有時に旧日記帳のデータをみましたが、手順に記載の「caf」ファイルは皆無でした。また、iPhoneのストレージ確認で見ると旧日記帳の文書データサイズが614MBに対して本アプリで移行手順を行なった後1.43GBと倍以上になっていました。 旧アプリは、iPhone上で起動が出来なくなっていますが この状態になってからiTunesのファイル共有でPCに取り込む事が そもそも失敗する原因なのでしょうか？ 旧日記帳のアプリを2008年から愛用しており、なんとか本アプリに 引継いで使用したいのですが、何とかならないでしょうか。

 2021/05/16 ご回答有難う御座います。写真の量で作業領域の確保が問題になる事もあるのですね。 当方の環境ですが、移行先はiPhone11Pro/512GB/iOS14.5.1になります。また旧日記帳のアプリを確認した所、写真総数は1570でした。 何か参考になれば幸いです。 データ移行の方法検討中との事、期待しています。

2021/05/18リリースされた今回のバージョンで問題なくデータを引継ぎ動作する事を確認できました。迅速な対応に感謝します。ちゃんとしたサポートに安心しました。本当にありがとうございました。

**Developer response:** ご利用の機種が不明なので該当するか分かりませんが、写真枚数が100枚以上ある場合、変換時のメモリ不足あるいはストレージ容量不足でデータ移行が失敗するようです。特に今では古いモデルになった機種だとメモリ不足が起こるようです。また、写真データ変換時に古いデータと新しいデータが同時に存在するため、作業領域として元のデータサイズの3倍以上の空き容量が必要です。なお現在、写真枚数が大量の場合のデータ移行の方法を検討中です。

1週間の無料期間が過ぎたので購入しましたが、アイコンをタップしてもすぐに落ちてしまい使えなくなりました。仕方がないのでアプリを一旦削除して再ダウンロードしましたが、それまでに入力した記録は消えてしまい、またタップしてもすぐに落ちてしまい全く使えません。せめて入力した分は復元してほしいです。とにかくなす術がなく困っています。

ご回答いただきありがとうございます。ちなみにファイル共有を自分でしてないと復元できないのでしょうか？　現状は日記帳2アプリをタップしても起動できないので操作できませんが。

**Developer response:** アプリが落ちる原因は、現在、調査中です。
バックアップ／リストアは、アプリ内の「ご案内」画面の同名の項目に「ファイル共有」を使った方法が記載されています。この機能は無料期間中でも利用可能です。「ファイル共有」でバックアップしたデータがあれば、復元できます。

「ファイル共有」機能は、アプリ内に保存されているデータなどを外部記憶装置にバックアップする仕組みを提供します。そのため、バックアップと復元の操作は手動で行う必要があります。また、「ファイル共有」機能はアプリが起動しなくても、iPhone を USB ケーブルで接続すれば、Mac の iTunes アプリからアクセスできます。

また、アプリが起動しない現象に遭遇した場合は、以下のいずれかの操作で解決する可能性があります。
1. App Switcher で対象アプリを強制終了させてから、アプリを再起動。
2. iPhone を一度再起動させる。
3. 「設定」>「一般」>「iPhoneストレージ」>「日記帳2」>「App を取り除く」を実行後、App Store から再インストール。
