Ordered and paid for passport photos which were never received. Tried to call the provided phone number which wasn’t working.  Tried sending an email which went unanswered.  Got my money back thru my credit card provider. This company is a scam.

I got charged twice and never received my pictures. Gave me an error code. I called and emailed them with no responses at all. Very bad customer service. Just delete the app if your going to take peoples money.

I got this for a toddler passport picture.
After taking a good photo, the app charged me $7.95 (twice) for the digital photo.

I got a generic error message.
When tried to contact the company using the “contact us” button in the app, I also got a generic error message.

When I called the number in the app, all I got was an automated server that wouldn’t let me speak with anyone.

Another unusual thing is that they have you typing your credit card information in the app, which is very unusual. I changed my credit card number to protect myself.

I am currently disputing both charges with my credit card company.

Wish I had read the reviews before giving this app my passport number, etc. Credit card statements indicate they signed me up for reoccurring charges. For a passport photo?No response to email and their customer service number does not work. I’ve reported them to Apple for investigation.

This app and its owners are non responsive. I paid for passport photos to be mailed to me since April 10, 2022, which I have not received. I’ve written them three times with no response. Horrible company.

I chose the option to have my photos mailed and they never showed up.  Now I just need customer service to actually respond so I can get my money back!

The customer service phone number doesn’t answer and the recorded options don’t work. I emailed a question one week ago and no response. I think for the price, the photo is grainy. Better quality using portrait mode on a smart phone.
