## What is Perfect Posture Workout?

Shaping an ideal body posture without training facilities is possible with the help of your iPhone.

Fix your ideal posture, launch the application, listen to the music and do all that you plan for the day. In case if your posture slides back to a wrong one, the iPhone will start vibrating to remind that you need to correct your spinal position.

The duration of one training is 15 minutes. The course lasts 21 days. Training results are saved into the application so that you could follow your achievements.
Training regularly you will strengthen your muscular system and get accustomed to keeping your spine in a correct position.

Doesn’t work. The phone isn’t sensitive enough. For example, imagine you are sitting upright, it up will buzz if you lean forward, but it won’t buzz if you keep sitting up but with bad posture. If the phone could be seated on the exact spot you are trying to correct and the sensitivity were increased, this may work.
