I can’t login or sign up . Apparently I already exist ? And then when I go to forgot password and enter email it’s saying I can’t do that either . Poor app fix it

I tried making an account with both of my emails and they went through but smh I can’t even log in...When I try to reset it says “error”...pls fix this

I’d made an account and now I don’t remember the password , many times tried the”frogot password” bottom but it says”internal error” and doesn’t work 
Could you please fix this?!
