It’s incredibly easy to use, the makeup looks natural, and it’s perfect for trying different styles before committing in real life. Whether I want a subtle touch-up or a full glam look, this app delivers every time. The features are fun, intuitive, and consistently impressive. I find myself coming back to it again and again. There’s no way to exit the game screen that pops up. ### 5/5 — The app has come a long way since I first started using it. I love it. *2026-06-28, version 10.22.28* I’ve been using it for a few years now. Initially it wasn’t the best. It has gotten so much better over time. Kudos! I use it often. I love it. ### 2/5 — Unable to download anything on free version *2026-06-26, version 10.22.28* Sadly, the ads run forever and there’s no way to close even after watching them. 8 times out of 10 you lose all the progress. Even if you click the ad, go to app store and actually download the promoted app, you lose what you created - the ads window is still there and there’s no option to close it. MAKE SURE to take a screenshot of your edited picture - at least you’ll have a tiny screenshot when the download doesn’t work. Rarely, after the ad runs for two or more minutes, eventually a little x appears (to close the ad), and on those lucky occasions you’ll be able to save your photo. In most cases, the x never appears. A few years ago, this was not an issue - watch the ad, get the free download. Not anymore. In the last 12 months it’s been tragic. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Can’t find hair *2026-09-09, version 10.28.37* I’ve been playing with the app for at least a half hour and can only find makeup to try, not hair. But once i finally found i picture the the system was picking up on, when i tried to download it, it would simply just download the original picture i had given it without any of the changes i made. Wont let you save your photo after editing it instead it freezes on the draft kings ad. Only wants you to download the ad with no chance of saving your photo. ### 1/5 — Worst customer service *2026-08-13, version 10.26.35* If you want to use the app for something small, it works fine. The picture is saved in low quality afterwards though and there’s nothing you can do besides pay for an upgrade to get high resolution. However, there’s a free trial they advertise (which I tried) and then they make it impossible to cancel and do not respond when you reach out. They charged me and when I finally did get in contact with someone, they were not very polite, mannered, or helpful at all. The money is not worth what it does and the people are not very cooperative to work with. ### 1/5 — Paguei e não consigo usar o PRO *2026-07-27* No dia 18/07/26 foi cobrado a anuidade do app PRO, com vencimento em julho de 2027. Porém, hoje, quando fui usar, não deu mais para utilizar a arte PRO e o aplicativo quando abre, fica me mostrando opções de anuidade.
