## What is PerfectFast?

PerfectFast helps you track intermittent and extended fasts with a calm, focused experience. Set up a fasting plan, follow your active fast, review your history, and see progress statistics without clutter.

The app supports common fasting schedules, custom durations, reminders, fasting stages, history views, statistics, appearance settings, local data export, and Live Activity support on compatible devices.

The Apple Watch companion lets you check your current or scheduled fast from your wrist, start or end a fast when your iPhone is nearby, and keep progress on your watch face with complications.

Your fasting data stays on your device unless you choose to export or share it.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-07

PerfectFast 1.5 is our biggest update yet.

The new Journal puts your whole day on one page: log fasts (including past ones), water and electrolytes, weight, blood glucose, ketones, and free-form notes, then swipe between days or hop across the week strip.

Apple Health connects more deeply too. Weight syncs both ways, your logged entries can be written to Health, and each fast now shows the sleep and workouts around it for context.

The fasting timer has a fresh look: a glowing comet ring that shifts color as you move through fasting stages. Live Activities were redesigned as well. Show elapsed or remaining time, choose a Dynamic Island style, and enjoy a clearer Lock Screen timer, with a matching look on Apple Watch.

Plus a refreshed plan chooser, simpler Settings, and a Progress tab that leads with your streak.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-07-10

Custom intermittent fasting is here: choose any daily fasting window from 12 to 23 hours, then follow the schedule that fits your rhythm.

You can now adjust the target end time of an active fast without changing the plan itself, which is helpful when a day starts late or needs a little flexibility.

Sharing feels better too. Completed fasts can be shared from their detail screen, share cards now offer light and dark looks, and goal status is written more clearly.

This update also makes getting started simpler, lets you tap the timer to switch between elapsed and remaining time, and gives Live Activities a larger, clearer timer with the full plan name.

### 1.3.1 — 2026-06-28

Share cards have a fresh new look, with cleaner progress rings, clearer target details, refined colors, and smoother completion styling.

Custom extended fasts can now be set up for as long as 30 days, giving you more flexibility for longer fasting goals.

### 1.3.0 — 2026-06-24

PerfectFast now includes an Apple Watch companion app. Check your fasting plan, elapsed time, start/end times, and progress from your wrist. When your iPhone is nearby, you can start or end a fast, while complications and Smart Stack widgets keep progress visible on the watch face.

This release also adds a 96-hour extended fast option, simplifies custom extended fasts to whole-day targets, and refines Watch layouts so start/end times stay readable.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-06-05

Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets are here, so you can keep your fasting plan, start/end time, elapsed time, and progress visible without opening PerfectFast.

This update also includes the latest Voice Control improvements, with clearer spoken labels for common actions and smoother navigation through plan setup, history, settings, and sharing.
