Tried everything to make it work. Get it together guys ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-04-28, version 5.6.1* Slow, glitchy ### 1/5 — Horrific app *2026-03-14* What is the purpose of going offline, setting up an auto response to call the answering service, and marking all messages as done if someone can still send a message or continue a conversation? My shift is over and we have proper coverage. What is the point of marking the message as done? ### 1/5 — Why must it be this bad? *2026-03-12* You can communicate, but there doesn't appear to be a way to specify which patients you want to create a thread for. So, you are constantly getting bombarded with messages about others' patients, and the only way to tell if the message applies to you or your patients is to read--all of them. Terrible support service. ### 1/5 — Gets worse with each update *2025-10-20* This app has never been great, but with every update, it seems to be getting worse, not better. The latest update sends SMS notifications, but the messages aren’t seen. Reloading the app fixes this problem intermittently, but not reliably. Can somebody implement quality control process for new releases of this app? ### 1/5 — Bad funtionality *2025-10-20* this app does not work well at all. Functionally it has many deficits. First is that the app can be open you will receive a new message notification, but then be unable to view it. You have to then completely close the app out and log back in by reopening the app in order for the new message to load to be visible. Secondly, even when you’ve read a message, it will notify you that you have an unread message later, even though you’ve already looked at the message. I have to use this for my employer, but if I had any other choice, I would try to find something different. It’s not a very user-friendly app ### 2/5 — Why must it be this bad? *2025-07-07* You can communicate, but there doesn't appear to be a way to specify which patients you want to create a thread for. So, you are constantly getting bombarded with messages about others' patients, and the only way to tell if the message applies to you or your patients is to read--all of them. ### 2/5 — Buggy App that is an intrusive necessity for hospital practice *2025-06-20* Messaging mostly works and is great for looping providers and admin into secure group chats that may have been initiated with fewer people. The app is terrible in that you essentially give your personal cell phone number out to every single person working in the hospital. People call straight through the app with no regard for what you might be doing. You can only designate yourself as completely unavailable and get zero alerts or allow all of them, including direct calls (with no voicemail) while you are seeing patients or talking on the phone. Also, for years, buggy alerts keep going off even after being read AND alerts go off with no messages present except they slowly appear after refreshing the list.
