It used to just open to our schedule, but now I have to type in where I work with my department to get our schedule. That’s cumbersome. Also, for those of us who rely on dark mode, could you please change the way the app opens, so that it’s not a bright white screen? ### 2/5 — Can’t see full schedule *2025-10-21, version 3.13.6* Since the update to iOS 26 I cannot scroll down to see the entire days worth of shifts anymore. The page locks on what is initially viewable but does not allow me to scroll down. LB works pretty well. It occasionally has glitches and defaults to the wrong location or view, but it’s pretty easy to fix and has been fairly easy to navigate and modify. It’s what we use, so I’m thankful I’ve been able to figure it out. ### 2/5 — Last update screwed it *2023-06-28, version 3.6.2* Now it will not connect unless you force close and reopen app each time you switch views. Fix it ### 2/5 — Frustrated. *2023-06-09* For about the past week, the “all schedules” defaults to “LB training”. Every time. No matter how much I put my team back in. Also, it’s giving me the orange “thinking” circle almost every time I try to change the date, look at a different schedule, etc. And I eventually have to restart the app to see anything. Why can’t it remember my login? It should be my preference if I want it to require login every time. At least allow biometric login. Also, no Landscape mode for calendar, particularly for iPad? Both theses issues should be considered essential with any new programming these days. You shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel. Don’t message me to ask me to be on some LB task force to help with user suggestions. You have sufficient ideas here. Look what the mainstream is doing or provide a Ritz Carlton experience, “Exceed your customer’s expectations!” ### 2/5 — Can no longer remain logged in *2022-08-10, version 3.3.1* App now requires me to log in upon virtually every launch- my log in credentials are no longer saved across sessions. This was not an issue prior to the new app release and is a real annoyance and source of daily frustration. I could not hate this program more. As a physician administrator doing the schedule for a busy practice, paper and pencil was faster than this garbage. If I could give it zero stars I would. I have offered numerous times to give direct feedback as an end user to the development team and have never been taken up on my offer. I could go on and on about how terrible this program is!!! 0 out of 10 - do not recommend!!!!! ### 1/5 — Written by coders as a compliance app *2026-01-18, version 3.13.8* Slow, awkward display without maximizing useful areas patient to end-user. Maximal incompetence. without use of colors to differentiate and delineate this is a 9th grader written app which probably charges a moderate fortune. I have contacted perfect surf several times, because the app keeps logging me off and every time I go back on the app I have to put my credentials again, and this is extreme waste of time for me to come out special day I need to use this app to look at my schedule sometimes very quickly, and having to login several times a day is a big waste of time. Got the newest revamp of the app and was hoping for landscape support. Still not supported. I am now using my iPad as my main computer with the Magic Keyboard. When I go to meetings, it seems that there are many like me. I would agree that and ability to view the whole month would be helpful. ### 5/5 — New App is Home Run *2017-09-20, version 2.01* The new app is absolutely awesome. While the default selection for how calendar views is not optimal, once you put in the correct default view of your choice the application navigates seamlessly. The added benefit of being able to call or text colleagues directly from the calendar is also a huge timesaver. The app now allows me to navigate to any day or any time seamlessly and the interface matches LB on my computer screen perfectly.
