Now we have this thanks to this wonderful app by Bram. All his classic UI touches and easy of use. If I’m honest I use only the presets and get tons out of it. Get this. First I just used it as gating app putting a rhythm on some notes. But finding that I can even use the output of the gate-sliders to change some knobs and sliders in other music apps (synths etc.) makes itso much more powerful. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 2/5 — New update and…. *2021-10-04* still doesn’t work anymore on Cubasis 3.31 and iPad os 15 **Developer response:** This is due to a bug introduced by Apple in iOS15 which can only be solved by the hosts. Therefore I’m working with Steinberg to help them fix Cubasis. Their next update should fix it. Sorry, but there’s nothing more I can do, so your bad review feels unfair. ### 3/5 — Where’s the update? *2024-10-11* This app is in desperate need of an update. Automation doesn’t work at all in Logic Pro for iPad. Developer doesn’t look after his apps, there hasn’t been an update for two years. It gets everything moving along nicely when used in a mix, and by using it in conjunction with Kosmonaut, I've managed to make some strange, spacey, chaotic sonic patterns that Dave Brock of Hawkwind would be envious of. Was working fine without any distorted glitches now when I’m using the wet dry I hear bits breaking. All levels good on BeatMaker 3 with iPad Pro latest updates Did not mean to leave a one star it was the only way to post a review by no means was it negative love your stuff it was my fault on the glitches! Rookie mistake **Developer response:** Hi, this is almost certainly an issue with BM3, not with Perforator. Please send me an email so I can perhaps help find a workaround. It’s exactly what I’ve looking for to add some different dimension to drones. I purchased it 10 minutes ago, put it in an apeMatrix mix, set up some rhythmic stuff, and I don’t need to know more. PERFECT!
