The first edition of the Train Heroic app was much more user-friendly than this one. It was easy to adjust the workouts and, most importantly, find the correct timer for the WOD. I spent 20 minutes trying to click through the blocks to time my workout, only to find out I didn't have a separate timer option. The information and programming are exceptional, but after logging 265 sessions in the old app, this one is a downgrade.

I have worked with these guys 1:1 for over 6 months and the programming is amazing, the new app is SICK! Worth every penny, 10/10.
