Do you have socks? It doesn’t make sense on the app wish easier to understand .the payment process  craps

App is very confusing in how to make a payment. Seems more like an actual personal bank account then a way to control a loan. Posted payments don’t go through and then they call wanting their money when the payment has been pending for over 5 days. Do better Polaris!!!!
