Even after changing my subscription from monthly to a yearly one. I contacted the publisher they said they would fix the problem but have not. ### 1/5 — Rip off *2013-05-31, version 4.9.10* Paid for the subscription yet it won't automatically download. In the FAQ it says to contact them through the app which you can't do! If it was a shop I'd ask for my money back but unfortunately I can't seem to find any contact details of anyone to ask. After finding said details was told i had to refresh my purchase but still didn't work. they publish a date when the next issue is available and you can usually buy the hard copy a day or two early yet the digital copy is rarely available for download on time! I have downloaded the 2 latest editions but now the app won't open so I cannot read what I have purchased. It reminds me of the Superstreet Magazine setup. I hope they will be in publication for years to come.
