This is by far the best countdown timer I have found for my needs (timing a TV show production). The change of color and the lack of sound makes it discrete. It does not make clients uncomfortable. I try to always end my panels exactly on time, and not all events have a countdown timer to help moderators manage their sessions. This app is great. It is simple and easy to use. I place the timer on the front pew, about 20-30 feet away, and I can easily read the numbers. I never have to look at a watch, look down at a podium, or try to calculate the current time minus the starting time off the wall clock while under the pressure of speaking. It sets easily to the length I want and my phone stays on the entire time so there is no reopening the phone every few minutes to see it.
