I’ve watched the help videos and no matter what I do, whenever I select either 1, 2, or 3, the louvers move, the lights turn on and the heater turns on. I can’t get each to align with its own number. So I always have to have the lights on when the Louvers are open, and can’t have the lights on when louvers closed. ### 2/5 — Tracking Order sucks *2026-06-21, version 2.3.13* Tracking the order thru “shop” is impossible. Spent $800 to “upgrade” to the “smart” controller. Doesn’t connect to HomeKit, the Pergolux app allows you to toggle and slide things but there’s no effect on the device. Really disheartening. My beautiful pergola can withstand hurricane force winds but I can’t even create an account on your broken app? I need to set schedules, link it with other smart devices (as promised for the matter version I upgraded to) and figure out how to auto close for rain. These are basic functions I paid extra for, you should be ashamed of yourselves for selling features that you know don’t work. FIX YOUR APP and allow your fans that enjoy your product stop hating you for something you have the ability to correct if you made it a priority. Il faut alors appuyer sur back (pour revenir sur la page d’avant) pour entrer dans l’application ! Ich blocke durch ein pihole u.a. chinesische Server. Daher startet die App nicht bei eingeschaltetem Werbeblocker. Die App selbst ist rudimentär aufgebaut. Leider sehr langsam und verliert häufig die Verbindung zu den Pergolen. Die Einstellungen werden nicht im Konto gespeichert. You can be as close to as 20-30% accurate. No idea why the color wheel is there at all.
