Ovae is a private menopause symptom tracker for perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

Track daily symptoms, spot patterns over time, and keep a clear personal record from early perimenopause through postmenopause. Everything you log stays on your device — no account, no cloud upload of your health entries.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK
• Daily symptom scores (0–10)
• Personal notes per day
• Your selected symptoms (hot flashes, brain fog, and more)
• Relax Mode usage
• App preferences and daily reminder

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Ovae requires a subscription to use the app after a 7-day free trial.

• Monthly or annual plans available
• Payment charged to your Apple ID
• Subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Restore purchases available on the paywall screen

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Health data stored locally on your iPhone
• No user accounts or logins
• Uninstalling the app deletes your local data
