this is stupid. i get terrible cramps n thought oh sweet this finna help. absolutely not. i was havin some bad ones n tried this n they got worse. my stomach hurts sooo bad. literally if u get this app n try it, i warned u. it’s the worst app on the face of the planet. jss don’t get it. it’s not worth it. u finna hurt worse. all it b doin is buzzin lightly. literally every good review on this app is a straight up lie. they b getting paid or sum bc this is horrible.

I had a period cramp and it made me feel so bad t like I was gonna vomit And I tried app for thirty mins MADE IT WORSE your app is crappy don’t listen to any of the good reviews they probably got payed to write them

Tbh it kinda made it worse but it also relived it I don’t have bad period cramps but this worked ok.. but yeah I don’t recommended if you have bad cramps!

.. so i’ve been using this since like 2019 and it works great evertime i put it on my stomach and i’m about 15 mins i start feeling relief 😌 i’m in love used to put it in my waist band at work and it helped so much, i don’t have horrible cramps but there on a scale of 10 mabey a 6 so if you have semi bad cramps or light cramps get this and at least try it.!!!

i couldn’t thank the makers of this app enough, i’m so glad i downloaded it because i’m currently suffering from severe period pain and all the little notes and tips on this app made life easier, i can’t understand why some people have rated it so low but i am so impressed with it, i’ve tried other apps but this one is the best i’ve came across!! thankyou💞
