### 4/5 — LOVE

*2026-06-05, version v4.23*

i love this app, it does everything it needs to, but I feel like it’s pretty basic that’s why I’m going to horse. There’s definitely more they could do, but it is good for what it does.

### 4/5 — Great 🏳️‍⚧️

*2026-04-26, version v4.23*

It’s a mostly genderless app that’s great for trans and nonbinary and all gendery people 🏳️‍⚧️🫶🏻

### 3/5 — i like it but it has on massive flaw i just can’t get past.

*2026-04-19, version v4.23*

overall it is a good app, but when i click on the ‘charts’ button, it kicks me out of the app completely. i have tried several things to fix it but nothing seems to be working.

### 3/5 — Pretty good

*2026-03-05, version v4.23*

I wish the tracker had an option to block out days that would exclude data for your cycle report, as I was pregnant, and then after that I was breastfeeding, so there was a large block of time without a period. It skews the overall data because of the gap, and kind of makes the averages useless to me despite regularly tracking, so I’m left guessing. Other than that, the app is great. You can make custom tracking points, make notes, and it’s very all inclusive. Best tracker thus far and love using it for its simple aesthetic and functionality. But the inability to add pregnancy/birth info, breastfeeding info, etc, greatly reduces the effectiveness of the app. You would think it would be considered as these things affect the cycle of a woman. They should really modify the app to consider these points.

### 4/5 — Really good

*2026-01-06, version v4.23*

It helped me keep track haha
But I wish it could tell you reasons why you are feeling the way you are

### 4/5 — Easy app

*2025-11-12, version v4.23*

Easiest app ever, I love how simple it is and it only records what you need. Wish it had a list for ibuprofen though

### 4/5 — Very nice

*2025-10-18, version v4.23*

this is perfect for what i need. you can track medication, cramps, emotions, and much more in addition to the days you bleed. it doesnt tell you anything about your cycle phases but that isnt an issue fir me. period tracking is so important. i havent rlly used any other period tracking apps so i have nothing to compare it to, but this one seems fairly in depth and i like the way it looks.

### 3/5 — Time choices

*2025-10-05, version v4.23*

Not a fan of choosing a specific time for symptoms.

### 4/5 — Clean design, easy to add notes

*2025-04-26, version v4.23*

An app I’ve been using for years is sadly not updating anymore. Period is the best alternative I found after trying a few other “popular” apps — really fits my needs. There are however some bugs to be fixed: not able to customize icons with the paid version at the moment. Would much appreciate this function. Thank you developing and updating this app!

### 4/5 — Pretty good

*2025-04-25, version v4.23*

The overall concept is great, however there is one or two things I would change. Such as the fact that I have to buy stuff in order to track certain things. I also wish that the app told you information about the part of your cycle that you are in. Every woman young and old deserves to have easily accesable information on their menstrual cycle. Such as what to eat during certain phases or what ceratin symptoms mean.

### 5/5 — This app is amazing!

*2025-02-17, version v4.23*

I rally like the app and I’ve been using it since I’ve started my period. I love all the different options to put down and overall I recommend it!

### 5/5 — Best free experience

*2024-12-31, version v4.23*

This app has been an absolute dream! Especially as a free user, I am minimally restricted and the features of the app are perfect for tracking my period symptoms and any other factors. Highly recommend using this app!!

### 5/5 — Very good 👍

*2024-12-30, version v4.23*

One of the better tracker apps out there. Straightforward and easy to use. And quite transparent about data storage I think, which nowadays is more important than ever!

### 4/5 — It needs some improvements

*2024-12-29, version v4.23*

I like the overall app, you can mark how heavy or light it is over your cycle. it includes other things you can mark on your calander, like if you use a tampon, pad,if you have had acne, or even emotions! There is some room for improvement. I think that the fact that you have to subscribe to be able to make my own icons is quite frusterating. All periods are different, some people have symtoms that arent on the pre-set icons. As someone who is new to the expirience, I wanted a discreet way to track everything thats going on. I love the color code for your flow. And I love the widgets. Please reconsider the subscrition. If all women have to go though this, we shouldent have to pay for our different symtoms to be noted.

### 5/5 — The best period app you’ll ever use

*2024-12-08, version v4.23*

Exactly what i was looking for! Very simply and not confusing at all. No big fees to use the app either, very inexpensive. If i could give 1000 stars, i would. Thank you.

### 5/5 — Nice

*2024-12-02, version v4.23*

I really like it very private, easy to track and no ads

### 5/5 — Great app

*2024-11-17, version v4.23*

Great app. Don’t have to pay. Easy to use and figure out, customizable. Only thing is you have to pay for a subscription if you want certain items. But you don’t even need the subscription because everything you need is without it.

### 5/5 — Awesome app

*2024-11-15, version v4.23*

First of all if you are like me and you have had your first period this is the app for you it is awesome and so secretive though I don’t like having to pay for premium but the things that you really would use are free and you get to customize your alerts for your cycle

### 5/5 — So simple and effective!

*2024-11-15, version v4.23*

This app is so streamlined and helpful. I love the minimal aesthetic and focus on usability. I can’t full tell if I need an account for my data to save? Amazing if I don’t, but I’m nervous to import data and fully get situated here if it all gets lost somehow. But the app is great so far, 5 stars!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Has gone way downhill

*2024-08-17, version v4.23*

This app no longer gives expected period times, which are the main reason I’ve used it. I’m deleting!

### 1/5 — Great app… but deletes entries and no response from support.

*2024-08-16, version v4.23*

Love many aspects of this app but it is unethical to keep an app running and charge subscriptions if you aren’t supporting it.

I’ve submitted a few feedback/support requests over issues and have received no response.

Going to see if I can get a refund on my subscription fee.

It’s really too bad because it is such a great app for gender queer folks - very neutral in tone, lots of ways to track a range of things, including HRT.

But if randomly seems to delete tracking entries which kind of defeats the purpose of using it because you never know what factors or entries might be missing.

Also won’t predict my cycle which is pretty key for this type of app.

### 1/5 — No more support

*2023-10-31, version v4.23*

Unfortunately I’ve messaged a few times about the app not working anymore but haven’t received a response. I don’t think the app is actively supported anymore sadly.

### 1/5 — Not good for pain management

*2023-08-31, version v4.23*

Doesn’t let you rate cramp pain on a scale of one to ten. Doesn’t let you track pain medication usage.

### 2/5 — Not free

*2024-10-18, version v4.23*

If you want to see past the last year (which can be important for medical records if you are having problems with your period), it will cost you $9.

### 2/5 — Bad

*2024-07-13, version v4.23*

Really bad app I don’t recommend it is very annoying, it keeps on saying you have to pay money on everything but on other apps they are completely free

### 2/5 — Deletes period days

*2024-03-25, version v4.23*

Every time I open the app, one of my period days is missing which ruins the cycle tracking part. I have to repeatedly gone back to mark the same day just to find it unchecked next time I use the app. Now it’s unchecking two days—including the start day—which is making it very confusing. I’ve only used during one cycle so far and can’t imagine how confusing it would be after several cycles with missing days. Bummer!

### 2/5 — I like this app but

*2024-03-05, version v4.23*

It won’t give me a period prediction

### 2/5 — Pay For My Own Data? 🤡

*2023-07-06, version v4.23*

I was excited to try this until I realized that if I used it long enough I would have to subscribe to see my old data. No thanks 👋

### 2/5 — Would be okay but…

*2023-06-18, version v4.23*

Nice clean looking tracker without all the flowers and pink everywhere but unfortunately I can’t create custom entries because the save button doesn’t work. I want to be able to track my migraines but I can’t because of this issue.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Greate

*2026-06-12, version v4.23*

Super App!

### 5/5 — Period

*2026-03-31, version v4.23*

It’s actually a pretty good tracker. I’ve been using it for about 2 years, ever since I got my first period at 11. I don’t pay for the extra stuff and I just use the calendar and like the reminders but it’s pretty good. I recommend!

### 5/5 — Best of the best.

*2026-03-22, version v4.23*

I’ve used Flo and Clue and other small party period trackers but ultimately this is my favorite one due to the simple interface. I just wish that I didn’t have to individually select symptoms, it would be nicer to be able to select multiple at once. The time aspect is kind of irrelevant to me so I don’t pay much attention to it.

### 5/5 — Love ittt

*2026-01-03, version v4.23*

It's a good app and it def helped

### 5/5 — Nice

*2025-10-28, version v4.23*

Very good and simple. It does it’s job well and tracks my period accurately. 💯

### 5/5 — Genuinely really good

*2025-08-22, version v4.23*

I’ve been using this app since I’ve started my period and it’s been a big help It has correctly expected my upcoming periods and I’d recommend it to anyone! I do hope that this will be available on android soon though

### 5/5 — Best app

*2025-06-14, version v4.23*

This app is direct and there is no ai and I love it. Lots of things to add and it's never been wrong about expected period! Love it

### 5/5 — simple:)

*2025-05-31, version v4.23*

it does what its ment to do without all the fancy junk, you can use it free but there is optional paid features overall really nice app :)

### 5/5 — One of the best

*2025-05-18, version v4.23*

I really liked how it kept track of everything that i was feeling and using and gave me the option to remove some of the options. It also helped me track my thoughts and length of my period. I highly recommend this app for any middle schoolers and high schoolers because of the choices and tracking on this app.

### 5/5 — Review

*2025-03-02, version v4.23*

This app to save the day for me just by telling me a few days just before my period and I can know when my next period is so I can get ready as well. This is the best app ever.
