While it has been extremely helpful and accurate at tracking my cycle over those years, last month they pushed an update that wiped out all 13 years of my data. Now the app knows nothing about my cycle. I don’t get the timely reminders or ovulation information anymore. I have no way to restore it, and support never responded to my email about it. So yeah, this is a great app but it’s frustrating to lose so much information overnight with no way to recover it. Why have a support email if you’re not going to respond to user concerns, and why make an update that clears out years of data? It just doesn’t make sense. ### 1/5 — Please someone help *2025-12-24, version 4.8.9* I been having this app for the longest time it signed me out all passwords I put in sent me to different pages that i had but never used. I tried changing my password but never received any of the email. I’m paying for subscription for it as well. Every few years they do a weird update that wipes all of your saved data. Then after a few updates, it is fixed. The same thing just recently happened and the updates have not fixed the issue. I never had to have an email or password to login. & the feedback from the app's support is not helpful as the RESTORE data button they direct you to click is not available. I don't know if it's just gone or behind a paywall, but it's no longer in the menu list. This time however I lost all of my data and am unable to restore it. Thankfully I had recorded most of it in another place due to previous issues, but this time I’m unable to restore it and I’ve lost the last 6 mos, which I hadn’t recorded elsewhere yet. Now, I’ve had to update the app because it had a login error. Upon opening the app, it has erased years of data at a time when I needed to know. I’m uninstalling it now because what’s the point of a monthly tracker that just deletes everything? Entirely blank calendar. It was best before it had a login because I didn’t need an account for what should really be a simple tracker using averages and past data. Cleared up some storage on my phone now anyway. There is information completely blacked out and it is usable unless I start using light mode which my eyes can’t manage. I have used this app for over 10 years and paid for it and when they updated it a few years ago - now it’s useless. I really like the old version better. The UI/UX was way better. But their tracking is good so i still use it regardless the ugly and not user friendly improvement in design. Now that I turned 50, and skipped a cycle I can go back over the years to see if I see pattern. Keeping track of my cycles has helped identify if I’m in perimenopause, ovulation regularity. I had one issue an update occurred and lost some of my data but was able to recover in the settings. Has symptoms tracking, and flow tracking.
