## What is PeriodVol?

PeriodVol is a period tracker that measures what most apps ignore: how much you actually bleed.

Instead of only logging dates, PeriodVol estimates your flow in millilitres — each day and across your whole cycle — so you can finally see your real numbers. It even flags when a cycle passes 80 ml, the clinical marker for heavy menstrual bleeding (HMB), so you can talk to a doctor with facts instead of guesses.

LOG WITH PICTURES, NOT NUMBERS
No math, no guessing. Tap the picture that matches what you used — a pad (by size and how soaked it is), a tampon, or a menstrual cup (by capacity and fill) — and PeriodVol turns it into millilitres for you. Clots and flow colour, too.

KNOW WHAT'S NORMAL
A clean cylinder shows your cycle total at a glance, with the 80 ml heavy threshold marked. Compare cycles over time with simple volume bars.

PREDICTIONS
Log a few cycles and PeriodVol predicts your next period, ovulation, and fertile window, right on the calendar. (Estimates only — not a method of contraception.)
