Why isn't there a feature to search based on ha stag or user name?

Downloaded on my ipad4 and paid for the premium app because the adds were annoying and videos wouldn't load.. Guess what even after I upgraded the video never load.. Rubbish.

Mies. Bezahl-App mit Werbung, bei der Suche werden längst beendete Streams angezeigt. Unübersichtlich, träge. Wieso kann man diesen Kauf nicht rückgängig machen?
