Aber warum ist die App auf Deutsch, die Hotelbeschreibungen aber auf Englisch? Oder finde ich da eine Einstellung nicht? ### 2/5 — Fix bugs please! *2026-07-28, version 5.24.0* Please fix the bug that requires me to seek approval because the app thinks I am not selecting the cheapest available ticket. This is because cheapest available ticket is a single, and I'm booking a return. I can however book 2 singles at an increased overall cost because they are the "cheapest". Thanks for the reply - unfortunately that email address does not appear to be monitored. ### 2/5 — It is a somewhat functional app *2026-07-15, version 5.22.0* It sort of kind of works. I don’t know why anyone would use it outside of a work requirement. I have to use it. It’s some what functional. Approvals are difficult and often disappear so I have to go to the website. Booking anything takes far longer than it should. If it wasn’t a work requirement for booking travel, I would have deleted it a long time ago. ### 1/5 — Poor experience *2026-06-17, version 5.18.0* App does not show correct information when making flight change, useless and frustrating with multiple incorrect notices ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work at all *2026-06-09, version 5.17.0* Saw this and thought as this would be great as I have a few trips planned. Was rather surprised there was no subscription too. Then realised it is doesn’t work at all. Seems the developers of the app have left and haven’t bothered to remove this from the App Store. Why even bother offering to let me pick seats and pay a premium for them upfront if it doesn’t matter? Frustrating communication with customer service. Thank you! ### 4/5 — Ok but SLOW *2026-03-20, version 5.8.0* When I want to photograph a receipt for expenses I just want to open the app, press the camera and go. But every time you open the app you get a wheel of death for about 20 seconds - or 30 if the Internet is slow (which it often is when travelling). They charge extra to guarantee that they can provide you worse service than booking with the airline directly. Need to change a flight? You know, within policy? Can they do it?? They can pretty much guarantee they will fail to do it on time and you’ll be left taking the wrong flight and paying extra for the privilege. I find cheaper flights direct and then when I go to get my car or hotel they often don’t even have be booked and then I have to prove to them I had a booking . I can’t pick my Seat upgrades on their site either so after booking I have to go to United website to get my better seats. Des que vous avez besoin de modifier votre réservation vous devez attendre la réponse d’un agent. Une action qui prend 30secondes quand je réserve en direct prend des heures avec eux. J’ai souvent payé 2 trains car ils n’arrivent pas à faire les modifications demandées dans les délais. Je fuis cette application dès que je le peux. **Developer response:** Bonjour! Unfortunately, it doesn’t even start. Restarted iPhone, reinstalled the app, made sure I have latest IOS. Would avoid ### 1/5 — Less helpful than a traffic warden *2026-07-24, version 5.23.0* Useless app design, got a return ticket for a train? Open the app, can you see the ticket for the return train in your trips? No of course not, you’ve used the outbound so Pork has forgotten it. Got to trips, go to all trips, go to past trips, fish around for the date of the outbound ticket, find you booking, show the ticket. Now put your phone back in your pocket whilst you’re in the lift to the platform, open the app again, a minute to load the home page, completely lost your ticket, start again. If you’re somewhere without signal, you’re stuffed, dumbass app won’t cache anything. The only way to use Pork is to download the tickets yourself, make calendar entries in an app that actually works and attach the tickets to those. Let’s not even mention the choice of hotels, as there’s nothing to mention, there’s about 3 chains still allowing Pork to book them and the prices are at or above just booking direct with the hotels. ### 1/5 — Absurdly bad *2026-07-04, version 5.20.1* This service is unusable. Flight was cancelled, received notification 2 hours AFTER flight was due to depart. Then told I was rebooked onto the next flight and hour before it’s departure. Trouble is, I’d left the airport four hours earlier after waiting an hour and a half for further information. ### 1/5 — The app is missing 90% of my trips *2026-06-26, version 5.19.0* The app is sadly rather unhelpful. I have several trips booked but it's only showing one hotel booking. So I have to log in to the website either by phone or on laptop.
