## What is Perkasize?

Perk-A-Size! is a habit tracker that combines two ideas- if you don't use it you lose it and you are what you do. We don't love the idea of tediously tracking "lift" but we've come to terms that without reflection you may not be the best you can be. That is where Perk-A-Size! comes in. With this app you can track things that make up the person you want to be with wiggle room for life.

We remind you to fit in things that you make you a better person for longer. These can be health based benefits such as performing High Intensity Interval Training every 3 to 5 days or as simple as going for a walk everyday.
