Fix this problem please. ### 4/5 — Im regular user *2024-11-21* I do use the app regularly for my everyday shopping. Usually buy one of the big shop voucher. It’s have lot of offers with a small 3-5% discount. When it is necessary to look for some perks, that’s the best time Perkbox will plan to shut its servers in the backend. They’re exactly opposite to what AI based data company do. Normally companies make their app work best and collect data to enhance the experience whereas Perkbox will make their app worse and collect data so that they can ruin more experience. Get better developers. High school kid can do it better than your devs. Fire them. ### 1/5 — Update app and then can’t log in! *2024-06-16, version 2.15.6* Update app and then can’t log in…enter my email address, it sends me a 6 digit code, I enter the code and then it tells me that my email address doesn’t exist! Now I’m locked out of the app, with no option to report it, so very disappointing ### 1/5 — Failure *2024-05-13, version 2.15.5* I have tried 5 times to get a code to login as soon as I put the code in the email disappears and the code doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Some perks don’t work *2024-04-16, version 2.15.4* I’ve been trying to get a Marks & Spencer gift card but when I enter the value amount I don’t see the ‘Continue’ button at the bottom anymore and therefore I can’t get to the checkout screen. Please fix this bug. Using it often in Morrisons. Tried many app but this one is where get the highest %. Also this is the only one what I tried where you don’t need to save money and cash out its just cheaper to buy gift cards. I had an issue few days ago when I paid its crashed. Contacted costumer support as they charged my card. Next day I got reply they can see something went wrong and they will send the money back. Few hours later got notification from Y bank the money is on the way and will reach me in 5 days.
