I am able to login online, but the app constantly says no account found. I have tried multiple times to chat with support but keep being left on read. ### 3/5 — Slow! *2025-09-06, version 1.5.2* Updating my review: the service works better through my employers computer however, it’s still a bit slower and quirky than I would like it to be. Still would be nice to see an option where perkspot gives a discount code that we can use directly on the retailers site instead of having to go through their portal. You can browse discounts but then when you click on anything it will bring you to the browser to continue. The app and website is plagued with technical issues that will not allow you to purchase anything anyway. Customer service basically just reads off a script and is not any help whatsoever. When I was having errors trying to purchase tickets for a theme park, customer service suggested I go buy my tickets elsewhere not on the site. So even customer support knows this app and website is trash. If you book a hotel make sure that it’s the one you want and it’s on the days you want, because you’re NOT getting your money back and they can’t change the reservation in ANY way. Then when you call they tell you to call someone else and they tell you to call someone else and so you get the picture. So I’ve learned a $300 lesson. I paid $300 for a room that I did not stay in and saved $8 and some change booking. I work hard for my money and for some reason it’s legal to trap hard working people into these scams just because they wanted to save a “few dollars” and they don’t care. Never will I ever use this again. I feel as though I was robbed in front of a crowd. However, after downloading it was stuck on the first page a “ a thousand great ways to save “ or something like that. Nothing else no savings no categories nothing. What a worthless benefit to offer your employees. Not really *2025-10-30* The app doesn’t work. I never allow location service for app and I tried to input the city I live in the app stopped working. Just a blurry mess. Then it stopped letting me search. I restarted the app nothing. I went to categories to check to see if discounts are legit. They aren’t. Example: I checked out the EPP website for buying a new iPhone. I checked out several items and most were the same price as you would find directly from the Apple website, and with some items, they were actually more expensive than buying directly from the Apple website. I’ve used the EPP from a previous employer and there was a savings of 10-20% on most if not all items, so I know there should actually be a savings with this EPP website. A few items are less elsewhere or the same as Perkspot (watch for shipping costs), but there are deals here no one can beat - example 15% off the best price I can find anywhere for a Ninja smart doublestack xl. I have found that the deals through Perkspot may not be there tomorrow, so pay attention to the end dates for both the Perkspot deal and the product website.
