My network provider does not support this so when changing phones I have lost all of my banking services. I contacted Permata Care and followed their instructions, the first sms went to my chosen number but the second sms, deeper in the setting up of the app went to my other provider that does not support premium sms. Unfortunately Care do not know what they are doing in giving incorrect advice. To make matters worse Care sent me an email to me that was addressed to another person ### 1/5 — CANNOT OPEN APPLICATION FROM ABROAD *2025-10-09, version 1.57.6* Crazy low level of service, I am abroad for more than 6 months , I have money on my account but cannot use them. Plus my card is always blocked with no reason !!! Could pay online by card, now cannot, they blocked with no reason. And I am abroad , has no access to the card, no access to the account. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ ### 1/5 — Terrible total balance feature *2025-09-05* This app has a terrible new feature trying to show the total balance with on hold funds for all mortgage accounts. Obviously it has created confusion to customers since we need to deduct that total balance with total on hold funds. To solve this issue PLEASE add another balance information on each account page for total balance that can be used (excluding on hold funds). In this way customers will have all information they need when they want to check their account balance to n real time. **Developer response:** Hi Mr/Mrs esha2000. Thank you ~Erla ### 3/5 — App works pretty well, but I'd like to provide input. *2025-08-23* Not providing your PermataBank Preferred clients free transfer on Online (BI FAST only) just feels stingy. I have an account with another bank considered bigger than Permata in Indonesia and it offers free interbank transfer, both by BI FAST and Online, with minimum balance of just 2 mio. I also previously failed to purchase USD bonds in this app. Since I have downgraded to Preferred from Prio, I didn't have access to any RM. Of course I didn't bother to visit them just to fix the problem. I just ended up buying USD bonds somewhere else. I might as well downgrade from Preferred to normal after I'm done paying my mortgage with Permata, since you don't seem to provide any kind of benefit with Preferred. **Developer response:** Hi Mr/Mrs Meong1212.
