Was skeptical at first but the ai receptionist or voicemail feature has been useful in filtering out phone calls. Call summarization and tasks are handy as well for after call notes. Kinda like otter ai for phone calls

One ask for the Pernell team, please allow regular voice mail, i dont want my receptionist talking to my children

Pernell has been super clutch for staying on top of calls without actually having to answer them. I get a lot of random or unexpected calls throughout the day, and now I just let Pernell handle it. It talks to the caller, figures out what they want, and sends me a clean summary after.

It’s honestly saved me from a ton of interruptions. The summaries are clear, and the convos feel natural enough that people don’t even realize they’re talking to an AI. If you’re someone who’s always juggling stuff and can’t pick up every call, this app just makes life easier.
