I simply told them that their is an inch difference in the garment and I got the exact same size as the other garmets I purchased. She told me to measure and send her images and then she told me she would get back to me. It took her 3 days to get back to me. She told me I had to send the garment back and if they felt it was measured properly then I would have to pay 67 for shipping and get the new size. It took me 7 days to deal with this lady and even then she gave the worst customer service experience. It does not tell you alot on the website how these garments are they have standard sizes. They don’t have anything like go up a size or regular fit or fits looser. All I wanted was an exchange and they were charging me additional 67 which is ridiculous since your paying so much already. Another time it took 5 months for me to get an outfit. If you have multiple they make you wait until they get all of them. Even then I had to send multiple messages to make sure they didn’t forget.
