## What is PERQ CRM?

PERQ CRM is a lead management and "up system" for furniture stores that replaces paper or out-dated computer based systems with a flexible cloud based system that can be used on most any modern web browser.  With PERQ CRM, your salespeople can maximize the value of every lead that walks through the door.  The companion iOS app gives salespeople an instant view of the up-list and push notifications so they know when to be at the front of the store to take customers.  The CRM features enable your salespeople to capture contact information from customers for follow-up calls, emails, and mailings.  The task system lets salespeople schedule follow-ups for contacts and work/manage them from a single screen.

Notifications now don’t show up at all, messages are the full paragraph or nothing at all, and the reminder emails are almost instant after adding a customer or messaging them.

The system needs an update to work better with my iPhone.  I had to cut and paste a message sent to me that was a link to a website.  I couldn’t do that until I turned my phone sideways so I could select the entire link and why should I have to do any of that in his day and age of technology.  If I’m sent a message with a link it should Be highlighted and be easily accessed when I click it.   The message was also all clumped together which made it hard to read.
