## What is Perron?

Perron turns the platform you're standing on into a conversation.

Waiting for a train is dead time — and everyone around you is waiting too. Perron opens a live, anonymous chat with the people actually at your station, right now. No usernames, no friend lists, no history to curate. Just the
platform, and whoever's on it with you.

  WHILE YOU'RE THERE
Perron is location-based on purpose. You chat, ask and post only while you're physically at a station — step onto the platform and the room opens; walk away and it closes behind you. Every conversation stays local, in-the-moment and
  real.

  TALK TO THE PLATFORM
  • Station chat — talk to everyone at your station about delays, platforms, or nothing in particular.
  • Train rooms — the room follows your train. Board it and the conversation rides along for the whole journey, station to station.
  • Disruption rooms — when things go wrong, a room spins up so stranded travellers can compare notes and sort it out together.
  • Ask the platform — "Which platform for the intercity to Zwolle?" Post a question, get an answer from someone standing right there.
  • Station wall — leave a tip that helps the next traveller, a note that fades on its own, or a lost & found post.
  • Crowd & access reports — flag a packed carriage or a broken lift so the people behind you know before they arrive.

  COLLECT THE NETWORK
  • Passport — collect a stamp for every station you reach. Rarer stations are worth more; build a streak and climb the opt-in leaderboards.
  • Lines ridden — every train service you've been aboard, with a gold flag for the ones you rode end to end, first stop to last.
  • Seals & badges — a seal for every month you show up, plus badges for milestones and events.
  • Regular stations — your home turf, tiered bronze to platinum.
  • Station avatars — hand-drawn artwork for the network's most iconic stations.
  • Looks — avatar frames and shapes you earn as you explore, including seasonal designs.

  LIVE INFO
  • Real-time departures for your station, right in the app.
  • A home-screen widget for your home station's next trains.

  PERRON+
Go deeper with an optional subscription: your longest streak, days shown up, total visits and most-visited station — plus a delay-claim ledger that keeps every delayed train you were on, so you never miss a refund you're owed.

  PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account. No sign-up. No email. Perron never stores where you've been — your location is checked only to open a room, then forgotten. Your passport shows which stations you've collected; how often you've visited each one is only
ever shown to you. Conversations are anonymous and disappear on their own.

Built on the Dutch rail network and reaching into Belgium and Germany. Hop on at any station and say hello to the platform.
