There is no how to and no indication to the user as to how you trigger the pictures to load so you can select what you want in the box. Sometimes when you open then app the prompt is there, but more times than not it doesn't prompt and theres no step to get the pictures. Youre in a loop with no way to add more pictures when you have remaining space in the current box. Shipping is always incredibly fast! Love the prints and how they communicate that your box is being processed and shipped. However, some months when I close my box my photos remain open and I have to go to select more and deselect everything before I can start over for the next box. (I have had to do this twice since starting my subscription)The other negative for me is that I don’t take photos with my phone, that I am going to keep, but on my camera-edited, uploaded, then downloaded to my phone if I want to share. So sometimes it takes a while for me to fill my box. This is the perfect option for those who take photos on their phones. It’s a simple download, easy to swipe, quick crop check and click that your box is full;with photos in your hands in about 7 days. They even allow you to order multiple boxes in a month for a separate fee and the photos are guaranteed to last 100 years and won’t be ruined if you spill on them.
