At least the bed came with a remote. ### 1/5 — App crashes every time *2026-03-10, version 2.5.5* Every single time I try to connect my pump, the app crashes and refuses to conduct to the pump. You set your numbers, close the app, open the app again and the numbers have changed. Meanwhile, the numbers on the remote have remained unchanged. Otherwise, the app is easy to use. It's just not accurate. I'm not using this app again unless it's fixed. It's pointless. ### 2/5 — Never works when I need it. *2023-08-09, version 2.3.1* Lately, every time I open the app, I have to set up everything from scratch. So, when I want to make a quick adjustment, I have to go through the entire set up process….. connect the left bed position, label it…. Connect the right bed position, label it. Then I have to connect the pump, which runs the pump through some sort of diagnostic that takes a couple minutes. So a quick adjustment, which should take 5 seconds, takes 5-10 minutes. And, the two preset buttons in the app have never worked as long as we have owned the bed. ### 3/5 — Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t *2024-01-20, version 2.5* Sometimes when I use the app, I have to totally reset everything. However, most time I’m in bed and can’t set up the air while I’m in bed. So I have to get out of bed set it up and then get back in bed.
