I ordered a T-shirt a insulated water bottle and a pen. It took about 3 weeks to get 2 of the items and it’s going on week 4 and I have not received my pen , I ordered everything with enough time to get here by Father’s Day doesn’t look like it’s going to happen. And when you to the site for help there isn’t any options that offer help for packages not received. No communication from them either. I would not order from here. There’s one fee for expedited shipping. Order 1 had to be reprinted and missed a very special occasion. I had to request a reprint which did arrive eventually but now there is photos of my family children lost somewhere. I have the app the benefit of the doubt and ordered again for father’s days. This order also has pictures of the family children on it as is no where to be found. I will have to request a reprint on the 4th July as that is the app policy. Absolutely ridiculous I will be deleting the app once my reprint has been sent. I’m deeply disappointed as I spent £52 on it plus there is no one real to talk to (it’s mostly an AI generated chat) I’m still hoping for the item to miraculously be sent but I will never order anything anymore from here.
