Instead of constantly wasting paper by writing them over and over again, I’ve been using this app instead. It does the exact same thing; the message just pops up on my screen and I can set them for any time I want (I have one set for when I wake up and start my day and a second one to go off when I’m on break at work). The app is easy to use, and is great for seeing a quick quote or mantra to get you through the day.
