Platinum includes everything and yet I’ve been charged for extra items. It’s frustrating as now they anticipate the Santa package, video and call. I like the Christmas Eve. video which is new, but wish it was more creative and choices in themes. Maybe videos should have a few options, but more age appropriate for each. The most frustrating process about doing this as a grandparent, is telling the parents what to expect, what to do and when. Maybe a list of steps, 1,2,3,4 etc. to complete in order for each category of purchase may make it more user friendly and once completed the whole thing lined out to send to the parents for the children. This way the parents can plan, download and be prepared for the phone call without the child missing the first part. And the Santa package should be sent out even if the following steps have not yet been completed as they are only viral set-ups. Once charged, the Santa Box should be sent out immediately. All questions can not be answered via text. A phone number should be available to answer some basic questions when an individual gets stuck at some part especially since these are keepsakes and spending $150.00 on only 2 grandchildren with more to come for these gifts. It’s been frustrating and my grand babies still have not received their Santa package 12/23/18. Love all the ideas, yet feel maybe you’ve grown to fast to keep up with demands as well as changes and variety should take place if done by ages. Example, Santa package have specifics for age groups 1-2, 3-4, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10 year olds etc. The basics could be the same, but to carry on the tradition, 10 of the exact same bells may need some variety for example. Though I love the bells. Even if just in size, style and shape. I’m sure it would cost more but I’d be willing to incur the extra cost for their collection. Little puzzles as they grow with Santa’s picture. Many ways to change things up. Name things with siblings to be inclusive or have grandparent, Auntie and/or Uncle packages?! But please first make all user friendly for some not so experienced people as others on the computer. ### 3/5 — Difficult to navigate.
