with completion percentages at every level — detail, step,

TRACK EVERY COST
Record costs at the project, step, or detail level. Attach 
photos of receipts so you always have proof of purchase. 
Track refunds with negative amounts. See cost totals roll 
up automatically from the bottom to the top. Categorize 
spending by Materials, Labor, Equipment, Permits, Rentals, 
Professional Services, and more.

STAY ON TOP OF DEADLINES
Set due dates on individual details and get a Dashboard 
view showing what's overdue and what's coming due in the 
next 14 days — across all your projects at once.

CAPTURE NOTES AND IMAGES
Add notes at the step and detail level to capture what’s 
been done, what’s needed, and what problems came up. 
Attach images to document purchases, materials, labor, 
or anything else that benefits from a visual record.

GENERATE PDF REPORTS

Choose a Full Report showing everything, or a Remaining
