## What is Personos?

Most AI gives generic advice because it doesn't know you, and it definitely doesn't know the people in your life. Personos knows both.

The conversation you're dreading. The coworker you can't read. The client who needs hard feedback. The person you love but keep misunderstanding. Personos understands who you are and who they are, and gives guidance that's specific to you, them, and the situation, grounded in real personality science.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Take a five-minute personality assessment, built on the Five Factor Model, the most researched framework in personality psychology.
2. Add the people who matter. Answer a short questionnaire about them yourself, no invite needed, or invite them to take their own assessment (their answers stay private).
3. Ask anything. "How do I bring up the promotion?" "Why does every planning conversation with my sister turn into a fight?" "What's the right way to give this client hard feedback?"

Every answer is shaped by your personality, theirs, past conversations, memory, and the context you've shared. The results are detailed, practical, and uncannily predictive/accurate.

WHAT YOU GET
• Chat that already knows the backstory and answers like a coach who understands both of you
• Personality, relationship, and group reports on where you click, where you clash, and how to bridge it
• Personalized prompts that turn insight into a concrete next step
• A living memory—add context to any relationship or group and Personos remembers, so guidance keeps getting sharper
• Groups for your team, your family, your friends—model your whole life, personal and professional

AI FOR HUMANS
As AI automates more of the work, the human parts—collaboration, communication, connection—become more valuable than ever. Personos is AI designed for that gap: built to make you better at them.

A PROFESSIONAL EDITION, BUILT IN

### 5/5 — Saved my butt

*2026-09-30*

I thought I had great soft skills and relationship management but got myself into a tight spot with some of my coworkers, no matter what I said or did I kept making it worse. I threw it all into this app and it gave me a solution and it actually worked. Idk how the science works but it is wild and I use it for literally everyone in my life
