I've checked with the local perspire studio, we've tried everything but the app continues to route me to purchasing a pass. Please fix the bug. The infrared saunas help tremendously with relaxation, skin clarity, and muscle recovery — especially on busy or stressful days. Each room is private, clean, and thoughtfully set up, and I love being able to control the lighting and choose entertainment during the session. The staff is always warm, helpful, and professional, and the entire experience feels so peaceful from start to finish. I leave every session feeling refreshed, balanced, and recharged. When I arrived for my session, I had neck pain and lower back pain which was gone after. The staff treated me like royalty, the facility is immaculate and beautiful. She processed my payment for the UNLIMITED plan. Then I’m not sure if she introduced an error or if it was a true app issue, but for weeks, I could not make reservations via the app. A HUGE INCONVENIENCE when every minute counts in life and in reservations because spots fill up fast. There should be a 24 hour call number or button we can click for help especially when we get NO customer service from the team we reach out to. Family can be over stimulating. You calmed my nerves and cleared my mind. Then to my surprise I ran into you in New York of all places where I really needed you. A sanctuary from all the chaos. A 45 minute reset. Now you’ve gotten under my skin, deep into my adrenals, my tissue, my organs. I’m hooked, and I’ll follow you wherever you go. Perspire is clean and the saunas are hit when you get there. The attendants hide in the back room and seem to have RBF. They used to put out a bath mat with the towels but took the mat away. The establishment is set up perfectly. It is always clean and sanitary. Employees are always very nice and professional.
