Using the PESI Mobile app, one can: • Download any on-demand content to watch offline wherever, whenever. • Participate in a live webcast, webinar, or digital seminar. • Access, view, and download handout materials. • Perform evaluations. • And obtain certificates of completion. It's simple to watch an on-demand seminar or participate in a live webcast from your mobile device. Your screen will display the presentation, and your headphones or speakers will play the audio. Boarding an aircraft or traveling without access to the internet? No problem. You can watch courses that are available for download through the app, even if you are not online. Course completion information is automatically transmitted and available in customers' accounts once the mobile device connects back to the internet. Just goes back to the log in screen ### 1/5 — What is going on? *2026-07-24, version 2.16.2* I’m getting error codes for everywhere and no help or setting function. Did something happen to the app?! It was working perfect last week. ### 1/5 — Same problems every year *2026-06-09, version 2.16.2* The app is terrible. The trainings are fine. Basically the video cannot be run in the background. If you download the audio, it restarts every time you leave the recording. And then twice a week or so, the download displays an error and will not play at all. If you want to download it again, you have to uninstall and reinstall the app entirely. That’s what I’m doing here today. It wouldn’t be such a bother (maybe) except these are the exact problems I was told by customer service last year they were both aware of and working on. A year ago. ### 2/5 — The Media Player is TERRIBLE! *2026-05-17, version 2.16.0* The media player (whether video or just audio, streamed or downloaded) is so bad. It doesn’t remember where you left off so it restarts you at the beginning. It closes down if you pause it for more than a minute, so if you pause it you better memorize your timestamp in the presentation. Sometimes it just won’t play the media, even after restarting the app. Every time you have to access your material, you start from the very first page. This requires you to paw through several menus and any class you’ve ever purchased to get to the one you were listening/watching. Then you have to find the segment of the lecture you were consuming, and finally recall what the timestamps was left at 65 seconds after you paused it. Terrible user experience, PESI needs to put some effort into making this a worth while app. It gets 2 stars instead of one from me, because I’m glad they made an app at all. It’s a bump up from having to do all this on the website. ### 1/5 — App sucks! *2026-05-14, version 2.16.0* The app is so glitching. I was hoping it would be easy to do my CE on the road but it is very difficult. ### 2/5 — Disappointed *2026-05-08, version 2.15.4* The app worked for a while. Then it completely stopped and now it won’t even let me sign in. That’s frustrating because there are a number of webinars I was gearing up to watch. There are some I purchased and can’t get to because of this as well. ### 2/5 — Glitchy - PESI Canada *2026-04-07, version 2.15.3* The app glitches and refuses to load PESI Canada. You have to open PESI Canada in your phone browser, and then use the training video links through there open up the same training in the app. Otherwise, you cannot open your trainings at all. ### 2/5 — Works sometimes *2026-03-02, version 2.15.2* App only work sometimes. ### 2/5 — Glitchy and inconvenient *2026-02-23, version 2.14.25* I like that it has the course content and can remember where you left off, but the app freezes and glitches if you have to switch apps for any reason. It would be much better if it could play in the background with other apps functioning. Also it will regularly leave the video you are watching and you have to go back and find the training and press play again. Also would be nice if it allowed speeds faster than 1.2. There are certainly trainings that could be done at 1.5-2.0 speed and I would be more interested in them that way.
