You can access stored client information with ease as well as a saved list of workers plus it has the capability to generate reports. Overall, as a result of using this tool I am more organized and in control with any pending pest control work. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not Working *2017-01-11* The report section does nothing, it crashes when I try to access client tab, it has a lag when trying to scroll or press on tabs, I would like a refund unless this is fixable ASAP. ### 1/5 — Do not buy *2016-06-29* Please do not buy this app it is terrible. It's not user friendly and doesn't make running a business easier. It's far too basic. Even at £15 there's close to zero functionality. The scheduler (which is supposed to be the most valuable feature of the app) is very basic. There is no built in user guide to the app of any sort so you have to work it out yourself. For the developer it may seem a very intuitive app but trust me from a customer point of view it is not. Half the form areas won't allow you to fill in the details other areas that do won't then save the details, Absolute Rubbish! Only gave one star as no option for none or in this case minus ten, I feel I should be refunded! Be warned this software revue is exactly how I found it to be! Total Rubbish ! ### 1/5 — Dissapointed!!!! *2014-09-25* I feel robbed, other apps do much more and cost a lot less than this. Clients list and workers list should sort in alfabetical order, app should sync ipad and iphone, also printing an invoice should be add and should I mention when inputting info special caracters are not accepted, if you use then the information is not saved. App can be improved a whole lot more for the cost of it. ### 1/5 — took a chance on this *2014-08-04* I need an app that will let me to track and edit the salespeople's and service techs' schedules so I could take customer calls and set appointments while on the go. The one thing I needed most from this app was the scheduler, and unfortunately, it's useless because I can't add text to the very first text window -- the client name. It's not an unresponsive area or dead spot on the touch screen (I tested this), and there are no ways to work around this glitch. The rest of the information won't save if there's nothing in the "client name" text field. I finally had the bright idea of looking for an app, tried another at first, it didnt work so I tried this one. I set it for 300 seconds tapped the mice setting and let it go. I noticed within the first minute the mouse stopped scratching. I didnt hear it the rest of the night. Proud to say im on night two and got thru the night without one single sound!! I desperately beckoned for something that I could use to run my pest control business more proficiently so that I could get some more “me” time, and that is why I decided to try this app out even though I’m not too tech-savvy. However, after using Pest Control Software for a decent amount of time, I can say with complete confidence that it is one of the most amazing apps I have ever used. This app has answered my calls by providing me with simple and efficient ways to maintain a complete database of my workers, my clients, my reports and my entire schedule. ### 5/5 — Works well! *2014-08-22* Got this app for home/work. It keeps all my contacts in one place and I'm easily able to call my contacts without trouble.
