This app seems like it was last updated in 2011. FIX THE PROBLEMS and I will give you 5 stars. This app correlates with people’s livelihood, the pins shouldn’t just disappear. ### 1/5 — The Only App that Gets Worse With Time! *2023-02-22* We’ve been using this software for 7+ years now, and it has barely changed at all to improve anything. This latest update messed up all of our areas and ability to assign areas and lost our team thousands of dollars in lost sales time. If someone wanted to go ahead and create a new sales app, the bar is set VERY low by this one ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE *2022-05-27, version 2.67* Bruh this app has lost me sales with its glitches and bruhhhhhhh ### 1/5 — Constant issues *2022-05-27* We have nothing but issues with the fixed route/pestroute/ pestroute sales apps. The latest issue in pest route sales is that we are having is when we try to do a proposal and go to the pricing for an intial start let’s say $500 under the service tab. When we go to save cause to have to to go the agreement page, it reverts back to a basic price. However when I call our office it will show on the office side the original bid and price of $500 and my notes like nothing was different and then our office will send the proposal. This is irritating cause I can not sign a customer up on the spot like this. I can not do a screen shot cause we get asked to we are told how do we know that you didn’t change the pictures. Ever since PestRoutes/field/sales was bought by another company we have had constant issues. We would send emails to the company and not hear back for a few days or at all. JUST as OUR ENTIRE COMPANY HAD SWITCHED TO FIELDROUTES and spent all that time and effort to switch our entire sales platform over. Just as we were getting the hang of it. Now it’s useable again, and somehow Fieldroutes is STILL WORSE. They don’t care how many bad reviews they get. What are you gonna do? Always making my initial payments lower than I set them and always making me relogin before scheduling appointments. I figured they would be fixed by the next summer, but it has just seemed to get worse. The most annoying this is these issues seem like they would be easy to quit. Constantly having to update the followup date to switch tabs, having card information not update correctly, agreements disappearing, subcriptions not updating. Wayyy tooo manyyy problemssss. The saving grace of the app is the pins that are NOT EVEN WORKING RIGHT ANYMORE. It would save a lot of time from having to scroll to the bottom to not interested, so maybe just switch those around:) ### 4/5 — Suggested Feature 2 *2023-05-20* When I set a call back and click “add to calendar” Pest Routes can’t do it. Not with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar. That would be amazing and save so much time. One thing I really want is a mode where all customers sold by myself are visible regardless of location. Love the ability to schedule and see routes. Signing contract and entering payment is smooth for the most part.
