Then, in another field, it let me enter numbers and letters, but said it had to be 15 characters long. My chip ID is 10 characters long. And my cat's account was never found) I tried logging in using the saved data via Face ID - but nothing. I hope the vet's words will not be confirmed and I will not have problems due to lack of access. A chip only contains a bunch of numbers. Your contact info is not in the chip.
