## What is Pet Care Notes?

Pet Care Notes is an on-device pet-care tool for the person looking after a cat or dog. Open it to see what is due today, log appetite, water, stool, and mood in a few seconds, and keep vaccines, deworming, weight, and unusual signs on a timeline. Before a clinic visit, turn recent notes into a readable summary and export a PDF or image to share with family or take to the clinic.

Built for new and busy pet parents. Morning and night, confirm feeding, medication traces, and local reminders. When a friend steps in, share a clear temporary-care list. Records stay on this iPhone by default — no account, no cloud sync, no ads. The interface is available in 13 languages. Backups can include photos and you import them yourself on a new device.

You can:
• Keep a cat or dog profile, including allergies, conditions, and care notes
• Finish today’s tasks and get local reminders for vaccines, deworming, and checkups
• Log appetite, water, stool, energy, vomiting, weight, and medication traces
• Save vaccines, deworming, exams, and other medical notes, and view a weight trend
• Build a 7-, 14-, or 30-day visit summary and export a PDF or image
• Export a zip backup with photos and import it on a new device

Pet Care Notes does not provide an online diagnosis, a prescription, or dose advice, and it does not replace a veterinarian. For trouble breathing, a seizure, blocked urine, possible ingestion, poisoning, heavy bleeding, or ongoing vomiting, contact a pet clinic or emergency service.
