### 2/5 — No clear directions on use

There are no directions to tell you how to use this app. I managed to set it up, but have difficulty in getting back to the right area to add a reading. Now I’ve moved on a day it appears to be overwriting the previous day! There is no help line to contact either. I like the look of the app but for me it’s useless for more than one day.

Love the log for tracking glucose curve but the curve graph doesn’t work properly. The says points aren’t mapped to the correct hours (time of day) and don’t consistently show the correct measurement values.

I love this all when it works.  Every few months (sometimes weeks) it will crash. I have to delete the app and reload it.  I loose all of my information and I have to start all over.  This is the only app I can find that is easy to use.  I’m so disappointed.  But other than writing it all down I have to deal with it crashing.  Super frustrating. Please fix it.

I love this app but I was having problems opening it. I went to see if there was an update and there wasn’t. It closes immediately after I tried opening it. I even shut my phone off and turned it on to see if it would work. I had to delete the app and download it again. I lost all of my previous information and had to fill in my information again and start over. There was no option to get my old account back.

App works as far as tracking BG which is why I downloaded it. My vet wants me to email them regular BG tracking, impossible to do with this app! The feature is there but it doesn’t work and by the other reviews it seems as the developer isn’t interested in fixing the problem.

I was really excited to find this app and like many of the features. However I have a couple of issues that I cannot resolve and can locate no help desk or support contact. 1) the end date for a report is always 10/18/2021. Seems it should default to the current day. 2) I can set a custom report date but that setting does not hold and must be reset each time.  3) if there is not a glucose reading for a specific day the insulin entries are excluded in the BG report. Would like a simple table for dose and time insulin was given per day 4) the email function does not work, suggests that I set my email in setting for the device..which is set.
5) there are two places to record mealtimes and they are not connected or in sync. No indication if they are not the same.

I have been using this app for a few weeks now.  It pretty basic. Doesn’t allow the recording of medication name or testing strips. It doesn’t allow recording of injection sites.  It is supposed to be able to email my vet my glucose curve results but when I select email results to my vet the app completely crashes and closes. I have looked they the so called support link posted above and it takes you to a completely irrelevant website.  Usually I can find a YouTube video that can help but no luck.  No fix. I have to fennaggle a work around by taking screen shots and attaching them to email.  I like the convenience of the app otherwise.

In the graph that you email to the vet, the injection time in the meal time are switched. That is really a problem when you’re emailing information to your veterinarian. Tried to find a contact on your website to notify you and it’s just a carousel going around and around. For that reason 2 stars

Great app, except that when you go to email the report, it flips the meal and injection times. Glad I noticed this!!! Now I just enter the meal time in the injection time and vice verse so that when I send to my vet they show up right. Would be an awesome app if they fixed this.

I have used the app for years and recently noticed the meal and injection times in the report created from the glucose curve reverses the meal and injection times. I rely on being able to email these to my vets office but they always ask if I’m giving the injections before the dog is eating. Developer needs to look at this issue. See the report created for reference after creating meal and injection entries.

Not sure how or why, but everything is in Spanish. Looked like a good app to use for my dog. Is there a way to change the region or language somehow? I’ve loaded from US store but living in Thailand.

This app seemed great. It wasn’t quite as extensive as the other canine diabetes tracking app, but much easier to use. It stayed at 3 stars because of that. I wish it had a separate injection site entry, as alternating the injection site is important and not having to go searching the notes for where I injected last would be nice. The other recording questions are very nicely laid out. However, it’s losing stars because it keeps crashing when I go to save information. Today I lost my body condition photos. Yesterday it crashed twice while inputting water and then food info on two different occasions. I think it’s crashing when it’s been open in the background and I then try to save info. Regardless, it’s extremely frustrating. If it saved automatically and/or just restarted when I reopened, that would be better than thinking I had the info I wanted input and the lose it. I don’t trust it to do my dog’s BG curve and that’s sad cause it’s a pretty nice recording. I’m thinking of just starting a spreadsheet rather than look for an app that meets all our needs.

My dog was diagnosed last Thursday with diabetic keto acidosis. For the past week Ive been tracking his daily activities, insulin, & glucose. I tried to send my results to the vet before the weekend so we could see what steps to take next. Every time I try to send an email it boots me out of the app and goes back to my phones home screen. Very disappointed since I took a lot of time to track very single detail for the best results to give my vet. Then app support doesn’t give you any info. It’s a whole website of other things.

I used this app roughly 3 weeks ago for the first time and other than some of the wording being in a different language it worked great. Today I need to use it again for the blood glucose curve test tracking. When I went to enter the third set of results I realized all of the prior results for today’s testing were gone, nowhere to be found. Very disappointed! These test results are very important and they are just gone. Unreal!

This tracker worked to log all the input data for the first couple of days. I now can no longer access BG readings, water intake etc at all. It is not showing the readings from today that were input 2 hours ago. 
Needs serious work for these problems so I do not recommend.

No app updates in two years. Vet recommended this one but it’s wonky and performs poorly. Reports don’t import all the information, so data is missing. Find another way tracking this important information for your pet.  I’m using OS 18.0.1

After the last iOS update, the app crashes immeasurably upon trying to launch. It's been weeks since I've been able to get in, and I've lost all of my cat's data, progress, and records.  There's no way to back up your data, so it's all just gone! 

I'm disappointed, since it was the most functional app I'd found for keeping a log of blood sugars and feedings. 🤬

It wouldn’t even let me input my pet’s date of birth when it forced me to set up a profile, and I saw no easy option to plot a glucose curve with existing data points.  The description said it could do that, so maybe it was buried somewhere, but I’d have preferred the ability to just do the thing I’d downloaded the app for.

The app just crashes now. It won’t open. It worked great when it was working.  I have emailed the company and they have ignored my emails. They have no problem charging $70 a vial for insulin but can’t keep an app updated.

Several weeks ago I entered months of tracking data.  Today I opened the app and almost all of the data I entered was gone. I had exported the data to PDF but the app lost it all.  Not recommended..

There is no way to use an email client other than native to the phones OS, which I do not use for security reasons. There also is no way to print it or download in some other format. I'll stick with a spreadsheet.

I’ve been using index cards to record and manage a newly diagnosed diabetic cat. I’m impressed with the level of detail I am able to track with this app, and the ease with which I can share with my vet. My old boy spends the day hissing and complaining when he’s left at the vets for a curve analysis. This app provides an easy way to monitor his adjustment at home with him purring in my lap, with quick sharing of info with his vets.

I am a veterinarian and I’m so glad to have this pet diabetes tracker where clients can do at home glucose curves and text me the information. I absolutely trust this company- they really focus on education and support of their clients. I highly recommend!!

I tried downloading the when my pet was diagnosed but everything came up in a different language and I couldn’t find a way to change it. This is no longer a problem and I find the app very useful. For future, maybe a way to note what device is used for blood glucose since some pet owners like me sometimes use Freestyle Libre which calibrates a bit higher than the AlphaTrak. It would be helpful to know looking back which device I used. Thanks for a great way to easily help my dog.

This app works very well. The fix I am requesting is the emailed reports. The report does not reflect the correct time entered for glucose readings. It appears to be adding the time entered for food consumption. Thank you for this great app. I would also like to suggest that the optional routine monitoring items be default to on. Thank you again!

Very good app - easy to use.  But I need to monitor multiple times a day, not just twice.  This would be 5 stars if it had the ability to 'flex up' and allow for more data to be collected each day.  It is a good app but could be *excellent* with this simple addition.  If you have a diabetic pet, I wish you all the best in your journey.  Waggy tail wishes :)

Love the details u can record... My vet is on board for email communication for reports... Couple things i tried to find support for app...  Tough to track down. Need add ability for decimals in vetsulin units and food consumption header bleeds over notes no big deal would be great to fix.
My vet will recommend this app to her patients. She was impressed!

With just a little more work it could be a great app. It has a number of oddities mostly on the reporting. Not properly checked before release. 

Would benefit from giving an average daily blood glucose graph over a period of time.

The app is very useful. Being able to email reports direct to the vet is super. 
In the iOS version, I don’t seem to be able to get a graph view that extends for more than one day at a time. A long trend line is essential. 
Is this something that can be introduced through an update? 
And also to correct ‘click to view graphs and charts’, as right now you see a table only. 

I did not have time to set up date, time, etc. properly when I first loaded the app and there seems to be no way to go back through the app settings to do this.
