I was very happy with 4 of them but… -on 1 picture the heads were on the wrong bodies. I had specified which head on which body and I wrote 3 times to customer service to have it fixed and never received a reply. -if a preview for approval could be sent that would avoid this problem because you could request corrections -the submission process needs to be improved so that you can clearly indicate to the artist which pet picture you submit goes on which body (submitted picture 1 goes on body 1 etc) that would be helpful. You can write a note to the artist when you submit your picture, in my case I said white dog on the right and black dog on the left and they did the reverse. -I paid $19.99 for a premium membership and I have no idea what the premium is for -it gets expensive and the price varies. It seems to be one pet is $13.79 but I have been charged $17.99 and up to $26.99 once. -another portrait did not turn out to my satisfaction (one pet’s head came out to dark) but there seems to be no way to contact the artist to request an edit. You can become a premium member and get a free photo and no watermark. Am I supposed to get a watermark on photos I pay for if I do not pay for premium service? Stupid if you ask me! ### 1/5 — Not clear on anything *2022-05-08, version 1.11* I downloaded this app because I wanted a cool picture of my dogs and I. Even though the end result was pretty epic, the process was not. From the very beginning the app was not clear on what the “premium” membership entitles you. It wasn’t until I took the chance and paid for a membership that I learned what it does and spoiler alert it was not worth it. I decided to give them another chance and I saw that you can pay for custom orders by buying “coins” again there was not a clear outline for the purpose of these coins. I looked everywhere and still decided to give it another chance. Turns out the coins I bought weren’t even enough for the order I wanted. I basically would have paid more using the coin system then if I just paid the price they originally stated. The first picture I received was great but the whole process was based on taking risk and wasting money on things that could have been easily explained or cleared up. I chose the Peaky Blinders theme and decided to opt for premium to ensure I got it in time to get it printed and framed. The completed picture came through in just over 24hrs and is such great quality. They kept the dogs features but also did little touch ups eg highlighting the eyes. I also emailed with a query and got a response back within a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend. ### 5/5 — A little frustrated- Amended *2021-12-13, version 1.9* I do appreciate the app and what you can accomplish with it, however, when I uploaded 2 images for a combination portrait, it didn’t give me the option to choose which animal went where. One was male and one female, and they were in the reverse. I see no place to contact the app, ask a question, or fix a problem. There is no where to preview or make any changes, which are costly. How can I make changes on something purchased? I am also curious how long it takes to create the image after I upload. I just so happened to check back today, and saw they were done, but there was no notification. You guys do nice work, but I find this app frustrating to deal with. I guess I’m used to more instant gratification. I do wish there was a way to have a mini preview to even see if the head direction or colors even match well. Thanks for listening. I have done this kind of work in the past and created a dog portrait as a gift last year. My daughter then requested some for her 3 fur babies. I honestly didn’t have the time and patience to do it myself. I came across this app and was thrilled to pay for someone else to create them for me. When I complained that the artist got the cats mixed up ( and needlessly did more work), I thought there had to be a better way to find the customer service on the app, and I still wish the app was layer out a little differently. For example, upload you photo first and then pick the picture). I like seeing them side by side to decide which template to choose. That being said, I emailed soon after and got a fairly quick response and tun around. I requested that the cats be switched and for crowns to be added ( which makes we wish there was a place to write notes along with the uploaded photos). I also requested that they add a crown to another portrait as well. We emailed back and fourth on a few portraits, and they turned out really well. The customer service more than made up for my initial frustration. I must be enjoying the process more, as I’ve done 11 of them now.
