I have been having issues just after the time allotted to return the item. It closes at random times. The app doesn’t work now, and a-lot of times it doesn’t open at the set time. Had some issues connecting at first but it finally worked! Was fine for about a month then it stopped running the schedule and has not connected to the app since. It stopped connecting after that. We both deleted the app and re-installed. It still won’t connect. That’s not good considering the length of the days change. We have to manually open the door to get the chickens into the coop. However, the App will not recognize the door’s Bluetooth name. The remote included with the door is also not working. I almost didn’t get the app because of how negative all the reviews were but when I looked at the specs I saw no reason not to try it. Everyone who says they “couldn’t find it useful” must either be fish or robots.
