Just enter all your info on the day you want to set an appointment. Wish I could have had a two minute free trial. That's how long it was before I knew it wasn't what I was looking for. ### 1/5 — Hoping *2014-07-22* I keep hoping someone will come up with an amazing/ user friendly/ inclusive grooming app. I was hoping this was it, but it's not. There is no "history section" under the dog to store directions from their last haircut. (Actually there isn't even a place to store a dog). You can't store a dog or multiple dogs under a customer. Basically all you can do is put the groomer's name and job and for the customer you can put in their name and contact info, but there is no spot to save a dog under that customer. (Much less multiple dogs). No place to store any dog info like haircut or rabies vaccination date. I am so disappointed...I hope these things (and more) get added in the future...there's always hope, right. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Have lost client info!!! *2019-09-03* Loaded all clients info and pics three times, disappeared each time. No support!!! ### 1/5 — Don't Waste Your Money *2017-10-21* This software is as basic and generic as can be, and I suspect it's because this developer sells pretty much the same software for lots of different types of businesses. There's NOTHING specific to dog grooming in here - not even a place for the dog's name or breed. A similar complaint was posted in 2014, but obviously the developer has made no effort to improve the app in the years since. ### 1/5 — Bad *2015-09-21, version 5.1* Definitely a waste of money right now. Unless they fix the problems they have don't get it. It would not save any of my client information ### 1/5 — Useless *2015-07-18* I do not recommend as this developer is trying to make money by duplicating one software, doing the same job, into many apps under different names. Boxes in the client info were very simple not even a box for breed or blades used. Does not keep customer information or appointment dates. I gave it a try with 6 customers and it saved one customer out of the six. Waste of time! ### 1/5 — RIP-OFF! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! *2014-12-02* Only 2 clients will display on my new iPad! And only 21 clients will display on my older iPad! USELESS!! Plus, you can't enter in any dog info at all. Just the groomer and the clients name and phone number. And then, when you try contacting them for help or a refund, THEY DO NOT RESPOND, which is comlpetely unprofessional and unacceptble. Booooooooo!!! ### 1/5 — Crappy *2014-11-10, version 1.2* I want a refund! When I add a contact, the app doesn't hold it. I'm obviously not re adding my customers info every time they book an appointment. Also if I add an appointment in my iPhone it doesn't sync to the app on my iPad. Complete waste of $20. I will be contacting iTunes for refund options. ### 1/5 — DONT DO IT *2014-10-07, version 1.2* Potential, but a very expensive useless app that's missing so many of the necessary features to be functional whatsoever. DONT BUY IT! -there is no where for dog details when creating clients..it's a dog grooming app?! -no services/job section...having to enter from scratch every appointments service is not on! -also have to enter start and finish time manually every appointment....no just no! -No reoccurring appointment/schedule feature -no month/week view of appointments?! -clients/contacts cannot be imported at all!?!?! -selecting a client does not even show next/future appointment?! -no last seen in/reminder feature?! The well written suck you in app description is the only thing going for this flop. Because of this I didn't need to fork out hundreds of dollars on software that might or might not work. I'm able to managed all my clients and the groomers, as well as see my whole schedule ahead of me.
