## What is Pet Health & Vaccine Tracker?

Pet Health+ keeps every pet's health record in one place — vaccinations, treatments, procedures, medications, and documents. Set reminders, track progress, and share records with your vet. No account required. Your data stays on your device and syncs privately through iCloud.

NEW IN 3.5.1:

Daily Log — your pet's notes now live inside Records, next to vaccinations and treatments instead of buried on the Profile tab. Filter the list to notes only, search by what you wrote, swipe to edit or delete. Five notes per pet are free.

Weight to the Gram — enter 2.835 kg and that is what you see. Puppies, kittens, and small breeds keep their precision on the weight card, in history, in PDF exports, in family sharing, and in the VoiceOver audio graph.

This is exactly what I wanted. Most pet vaccine trackers are for specific vets (I don’t have a primary vet) or include other features I am not interested in. This is all I needed, save the dates and add reminders. Simple, easy, perfect. One thing I would like to see is if we could upload the hard copy documents to the app as well so we had them stored somewhere. A lot of places I take my dog require proof of vaccination and it’s a bit hard to keep track of all of her paperwork. That would be my only request.

My previous review I only gave this app 3 stars because of the scheduling in it. I tried to edit that review but couldn’t figure out how to so this is my new review. The developer responded to my review within a couple days and fixed the problem right away. That is what I call customer service. I would highly recommend this app. I have several animals and it has been a life saver keeping up with all their vaccines. Thank you so much!!!!

This app would be much better if the schedule part gave you the option for 3 year rather than one year. Rabies vaccines for my pets are all 3 year vaccines. It’s a pain when you have several pets and have to go in and manually change the dates for all of them.

Your pet's daily notes now sit with the rest of their records, not buried in a tab you forget to open. Search what you wrote, filter to notes, keep five per pet free.

NEW

Daily Log. Notes moved from the Profile tab into Records, alongside vaccinations, treatments, and procedures. Add one from the button you already use. Filter the list down to notes, search by what you typed, swipe to edit or delete. Five notes per pet cost nothing.

Weight to the gram. Type 2.835 kg and you will see 2.835 kg. Puppies, kittens, and small breeds keep that precision everywhere it counts: the weight card, history, PDF export, family sharing, and the VoiceOver audio graph. A 35 g change now reads as 0.035, not 0.0.

FIXED

A custom vaccine set to a one-month "Valid for" duration was still scheduling the next dose a year out. The duration you pick now decides the date.

Records deleted from a pet are cleared for good after 30 days. Until now they lingered in the store, invisible in the app but still carried through sync and backups.

Both new features came from requests sent through the app. Keep them coming.
